The hotel is very well located, and the lady who welcomed us was lovely and friendly. However, there were several downsides to our stay. The shower leaked badly due to poor drainage, and we noticed that the bedsheets were stained, which was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. If you are looking for comfort, I would personally not recommend this hotel. Many basic amenities are not provided, with the explanation that this is part of their “eco-friendly” approach. While I completely understand the idea of being environmentally conscious, it felt more like a lack of basic amenities considering the price of the stay. Overall, the location is definitely a plus, but unfortunately, I don’t think the experience justifies the price.

位置非常方便旁邊就是酒吧街，樓層高也不覺得吵鬧，skypool非常漂亮，還有個小温泉泡池，一邊讓娃放電一邊泡池解乏

房間很好很漂亮 酒店人員服務非常到位 賓至如歸 我們在這裏住的六天感受到了像家一般的温暖 酒店地理位置優越 離地鐵站衹有150米 酒店泳池夜晚也十分漂亮 適合休閑看夜景

飯店樓下就是MRT藍線的直落亞逸站，非常方便， 附近餐廳很多、也有超商，值得推薦~ 早餐比較普通，可以選擇附近的特色餐廳~

お店の方の対応が本当に良かったです。 また部屋の細部までこだわり尽くされていて、次回シンガポールに訪れた際にはまた利用したいと思いました。

The Clan Hotel值得基本不寫點評的我單獨開一篇。衞生非常OK，角落房有兩面巨大的玻璃窗，樓下就是地鐵站，還有贈送的小食和飲料。沒有瓶裝水，但是提供了直飲水，茶餅還有咖啡。前台小姐姐也很nice，我們辦理入住快12點了，暈頭轉向把手機落前台了，小姐姐特地送了上來。30層有個小小的無邊泳池，比較清凈。十分推薦情侶或者帶大孩子玩市區的親子游

เป็นโรงแรมที่ชอบที่สุดในสิงคโปร์ การบริการดีมาก เรามาช่วงวันเกิดนี้ของขวัญให้ แถมถ้าพักครั้งแรกก็มีของให้ทานเยอะมาก ในห้องพักสะอาดมาก เตียงนุ่มมาก แถมยังอยู่ใกล้ mrt มาก เดินขึ้นมาก็ถึงเลย อยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว แถมยังมีอาหารให้รับประทานเยอะมากผู้คนจะสะอาดสะอ้านเป็นที่พักที่ดีอีกที่นึงเลย

整體入住體驗極度不愉快，兩個家庭分別預訂兩間客房，酒店規定下午3點可辦理入住，但當日準時抵達後仍未能取房，需長時間等候。 房間衛生問題嚴重，全屋積滿灰塵，清潔工序明顯偷工減料。 客房備品完全不足：首日無紙巾供應；第二日未有任何替換毛巾，致電前台索取後，上門送毛巾之員工態度惡劣，反過來質疑客人需求，完全未意識到是房務未有補齊用品。 無論衛生、房務補給抑或員工服務態度均完全不達標，連最基本住宿服務都無法提供，絕不會再次入住，亦不建議其他旅客選擇。

Location is superb, mrt station is just close to the hotel, 1 min walk. Plenty of food. The front desk Mr Keane is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when i come here next time. The nearest mrt station is just literrally behind the hotel. Photo attached. Lobby is beautifully decorated.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The location of this hotel is absolutely spot on with 3 metro stations around and can walk to many tourist attractions. The swimming pool on the roof is lush and perfect for a swim. The room: Lovely surprise to congratulate me on my Masters completion and my early birthday- I really appreciated that. So much care. The bed was soo comfortable, one of the best I have had . The room though had lots of stains and scratches around the furniture and the fridge leaked out a lot of water. Overall a great stay though.
