酒店前台女經理服務態度非常惡劣，服務特別差。作為一名女經理，中文不會，而且還歧視外國人。稍微肩膀碰了一下。她還説don't touch me.！我也是個女的，我也不想碰她黑黑的皮膚。衹是肩膀碰一下就這麼大的反應。後來經過我的瞭解，這位前台女經理對每個外國人態度都是那麼惡劣，對自己的員工也是這樣子。其他前台服務人員還好，還是挺周到的。入住第2天，酒店發生火警，整天晚上都沒睡，到了早上8，9點，警察消防才離開。入住當天分給我們的樓層已經是在裝修了。太離譜了！早上8點多就開始鑽牆鑿牆。每天都沒休息好沒睡好。投訴要求換房，又沒房間換。酒店裝修的樓層就不應該讓旅客入住！體驗感非常差，下次不會訂這個酒店了。

The whole hotel actually is quite old, even their breakfast is very disappointing, too less variety and somehow is really big difference with M Social or M hotel even is under the same M Group

I pretty much enjoyed my stay here, it was fun while it lasted. Some improvements can be made such as the clothes hanger because some of the clips were spoiled. And also those special requests, as I was allocated to the furthest room, it was a bit troublesome.

房間太小了 離地鐵站有點遠 不是很方便 門口有座好看的橋 走路去魚尾獅35分鐘左右 地理位置算還可以了 是loft 但是樓上沒什麼用

房間佈局合理新穎，衞生乾淨 服務：好，熱情洋溢但是不會説中文，英語溝通無障礙，酒店的冷氣真的太給力了，室內和户外差別明顯，一樓有一股淡淡的清香味道
