酒店環境真的是沒話説，check in在8樓，一樓是可以直接通到餐廳和海邊的，出門就是beach tram 來回接駁車，到Beach Station捷運站也就2站 走走大概5-10min的樣子。我們住的這幾天 下午兩點開始有海邊燒烤集市，接駁車停運。 我們住在5樓，出門就是游泳池。小朋友可喜歡了。還有秋千、蹺蹺板。走一圈還看到吊牀。 但是忍不住就是螞蟻多，床單上一直會有很小的螞蟻，可能是這邊太原生態了

很滿意，有泳池，離沙灘近，步行就到了。房間還行，床挺大。泳池很有家庭的感覺和氛圍，看到很多家庭游泳，很温馨

I enjoyed the view and the rooftop Jacuzzi facilities. However, the overall in-room facilities are quite old. The paid breakfast quality was also below standard, especially considering the cost of SG$24 per head. The worst part was the check-in service. There were only two check-in counters, and the hotel took about 20+ minutes to check in one group of customers. The reception area was too small, and I had to queue for 45 minutes just to check in. Overall, it was very disappointing.

I'm a wheelchair user. Booked wheelchair accessible room. Unfortunately it's far from being wheelchair adapted room. The shower seat lack of grab rails (there's one but far from the seat and vertical). The seat itself is very slippery. Theses two points - no grab rails and slippery make it very unsafe. The shower shampoo and soap are out of reach. There is great opportunity around the pool - great ramp leading to the water but there's no water wheelchair - really great opportunity!

這家酒店的優點是位置非常好，門口就是沙灘，酒店內有泳池和温泉泡池。但是酒店的維護比較糟糕，從大門進來就是一個看起來不大乾淨的餐廳，餐廳對面是洗衣房，洗衣機看起來很臟，本人是不敢用洗衣機。樓道有些破敗。最奇葩的是給了你兩張床給你一床被子，搞不懂這酒店是什麼邏輯？設施維護的一般不説，入住還需要付按金，後來我提出異議後免了按金。入住期間在游泳的時候房卡放在浴巾下面不知道被誰拿走了，第一時間向酒店反應，前台服務員第一句話是鑰匙賠5塊新幣😅後來我再次在游泳的時候卡在躺椅上不知道被誰拿走了，這已經出現安全問題了，我説你幫我查一下監控看看是誰拿的，這時服務員説新房卡不用賠了。但是直到我離店也沒有得到查監控的任何消息。可以説這家酒店非常不重視客人的人身和財產安全問題。酒店比較雜亂，無論誰都可以進來，開放式的。

第一次差評，大家避雷 設施撿漏陳舊，房間螞蟻到處爬 ，更可惡的是，延遲退房服務沒有，帶娃環球影城回來一路等車，4點退房 ，鼓搗要收150新幣。到這來住酒店 ，沒有服務，還要重罰，再也不來了

Incredibly large 85m spring water pool wth a waterfall, surrounded by lush rainforest just 20m in front of the Siloso beach itself. Decor is dated but clean, and I fully appreciate the eco resort concept with overgrown jungle rustic village resort vibes. Love the amenities, 7-11 right at the hotel, a few minutes walk to the light rail, lots of food options there at the light rail. Just think of it as a fancy beachfront and rainforest rustic chalet with an incredible pool. Manage your expectations but you will definitely enjoy the multiple standout features of this hotel.

住的屋頂房，帶一個露台，風景很贊。優點：地理位置不錯，shuttle站名就是beach resort，去express站也很方便，如果不坐shuttle走兩步也就到了。旁邊就是天際滑車，看時光之翼的煙火秀也不遠。早餐時遇到了老闆，人很熱情，早餐和晚餐各吃了一次，看起來簡陋，但味道説實話，還可以。泳池不用説了，很贊～老闆僱傭了一些殘障人士，很棒！缺點： 房間包括衞生間都非常簡陋，像是招待所，確實有螞蟻，也看到了一衹大的那種蚊子，我們不太介意也還湊合。接待處在8層，電梯什麼的都非常簡陋。如果追求舒適，就不要選這裏了。但是，性價比算是合適的。
