The lady on duty on the Singapore public holiday after the National Day was a bit crafty. Wanted to charge us $100 for checking in at 14h00, one hour earlier than official checkin. The notices on the counter clearly mentioned it cost $25 for a one hour early checkin. We did not request an early checkin. Then came the carrot. The same lady offered one room with 4 beds instead of the two rooms we had booked with free early checkin. Nice try, but we were not falling for that old trick. My wife is Chinese and she sniffed a rat in that deal instantly when she realised we would be giving up a second bathroom and some privacy of interleading doors between the two rooms we had booked. this hotel feels like a scam attempt by management. absolutely horrible room and service from the staff. mouldy room walls and toilets and when we tried to get a refund from the manager, Ms Rachel, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Trip.com also could not assist us with a cancellation or refund of the room and we just left and booked another hotel. this hotel is not even worth a free room, much less spending on it. subpar service and room quality. please dont waste your time and money

Overall a really bad experience for everyone in the family. When we just arrived at the hotel the room didn’t have any bottled water for us to drink and when asked we were told to drink from the tap( yes you can drink water from taps in Singapore and it’s safe but who does that without a filter?). Next they only provided 2 towels for 3 adults staying in??? Everything was for 2, even worse there was only 1 toothbrush for all of us. To make things even “better” the towel had hair on it which was absolutely unacceptable and they didn’t have any shampoo or body wash to use other than some soap in a hand wash looking container. The location of the hotel is good but the experience was absolutely terrible.

整體來説房間比較小，設施比較老舊了。床上用品是乾淨的，沒有蟲子什麼。就是裏面不是被子，是塊大浴巾那種材質的毛毯。衹能説睡覺不會冷。一開始空調哐哐哐的響，後來自己調節了一下檔位，神奇般的好了，應該是屬於幸運的。孩子把轉換頭掉房間了。過了好幾個小時我去找，用我那蹩腳的英文溝通了一下，前台美女給我找出來了。登記了一下就OK了。整體服務比較熱情的 。住一晚還是能接受的，哦對了，沒有乾濕分離喲。如果在意的，訂房前需要了解清楚。新加坡應為面積問題，很多酒店都是沒有乾濕分離的。離克拉碼頭步行就行，建議晚上去，很近。離地鐵站也不遠。如果腳力好的，可以步行到福康寧公園。

Hotel has a great location, near the river bank, full of restaurants and great vibe. The pool is a perfect plus of it, maybe some disadvantage is noise from construction in close vicinity to it.

Booked this hotel for someone else, and it’s not my first time booking here! Have stayed here with my husband twice and booked for others at least two other times. Price is good and location is not bad. They have also given us a free upgrade once before, and again this time. Would definitely recommen

地理位置很好，步行到福康寧地鐵站大概五六分鐘，周邊環境很好，離鬧市區也很近，商場、便利店、美食、咖啡都有。 房間比想象中空間大，行李箱兩個都能放得下，外面風景視野也好，2樓還有泳池衹是沒時間利用，酒店還是很多住客的，很熱鬧。 衹是沒有一次性拖鞋、沐浴露洗頭液不方便使用需要自備，茶水咖啡是有的，可以自己燒水利用。打掃房間的大叔人挺好的，很有禮貌，房間打掃得也很乾凈！ 整體下來還是蠻推薦的，可放心入住。
