Staff are not friendly at all, not willing to assist. No smile no welcoming. Room is relatively small, socket not all can use, broken and not working. The room got the device to contact the team but not always workable.
Good location. Walkable to public transport. Efficient check in. Nice room with all you need for stay. Love the gym area however some area are closed down for maintainece i suppose. Nearby hawker stall. It is a good stroll down the Robertson area if you want a quiet singapore experience.
It’s our second time here and we love how convenient the location is. The train station is not to far too
Rooms were small but everything was clean and well maintained. Aircon could afford to be colder. Location is by the Singapore river, which makes for great walks and cycling. Walking distance to fort canning mrt as well as great world city. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Pool and gym on level five are nice.
It's a clean hotel in a convenient location, and the food here is delicious. 😍
The room was ok, although small but functional. Had an unpleasant experience with the parking as there was no complimentary parking and to make it worse, you had to park at level 2 to be eligible for the $10 overnight parking. Otherwise, the parking is a lot more expensive. We ended up paying $37. They should have put some notice to inform guests who need to park to go to level 2. Will not want to come back to stay anymore
Great location, straight at Robertson Quay my most favorite neighborhood. It’s clean and not expensive. The room is small but efficient, well it’s Singapore type of hotel. I will be here again next time.
房間是挺小的 但是設備都比較齊全 有一點很差！就是床單上竟然有血🩸！太嚇人了，不知道是沒換洗床單還是怎麼了，萬一有傳染病怎麼辦，一晚上都沒蓋被子
Once again, back for birthday staycay. Previously was told too last min. This time round booked for more days. Nothing prepared. No surprises, nothing. but anyway, I like the place overall so came back anyways. they can improve in this aspect of service.
Had a pleasant one-night stay at M Social. The hotel has a very unique, trendy design that feels modern and fresh. The room was cozy, well-designed, and clean. It’s located in a great spot with easy access to nearby dining and attractions. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. A great choice if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the city!
