I stayed at Waterloo Hotel three separate times between July and August, for a total of almost 25 days — and by the end of my travels, it genuinely felt like home in Singapore. After my first nine-day stay, I chose to return twice more, for another ten days and then five days. That alone says how much I enjoyed being here. The hotel is modern, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with great amenities and a fantastic location that makes getting around Singapore incredibly easy. What really made each stay special, though, was the wonderful staff. Everyone was consistently warm, welcoming and helpful, and returning to familiar faces after traveling around the region made Waterloo feel even more like home. 酒店地址方便，有藍色和橙線兩個地鐵站，對面就有食閣，去哪都方便。房間雖小，但是設計合理，乾淨，中文服務對國人方便。酒店入住率非常高。有機會去新加坡還會選擇這裏，性價比超高。

Hotel Review The front desk service was fairly average. The staff were polite, but they weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. The hotel didn’t seem to manage the crowd very well, resulting in long waits and difficulty taking the food. The food also wasn’t refilled promptly, and the variety of choices was quite limited. Overall, I expected a better breakfast experience and a more attentive level of service from the hotel.

非常棒的酒店，地理位置好，就在Bugis 附近，去各景點都可以走路到，離各地鐵口也很近，新酒店，衞生不錯，下次來還住這裏，很棒^_^

Front desk is disorganized, we dont know where to queue when we arrived..we are the one who approach the front desk to be assisted.since the hotel.is quite new, its clean and tidy. Its good they have someone to clear the plates on the table in the cafeteria, but its good to let us completely finished the meal or we called for cleaning, otherwise too annoying/troublesome when they approach and clear every plate we finished..

第一次去新加坡，選了這家酒店。入住體驗非常不錯！我們一家四口訂了兩個雙人間，房間不大但很乾凈，入住退房都可自助。早餐還算豐富。最好的就是在市中心，附近有2條線路的地鐵站，去各個地方都很方便。值得推薦！

房間佈置的很緊密，一點都不浪費，該有的都有，畢竟是新開業的，各種設施還挺現代，雖然不能開窗，但是通風系統還挺好，不覺得悶，就是真的很小，行李放地下得跳過去，床就挨着窗户，有種住在樹屋的感覺，不過同等價位性價比還是蠻高的

房間雖然小，但是還挺乾淨，早餐也比較豐盛，而且每天不重樣，地理位置優越，也比較隔音，沒有聽到吵鬧聲，應該算是市中心，距離地鐵站明古連和Bruas Basa都挺近的，去福康寧拍樹洞也不遠，我們是從樹洞走着回酒店的，附近也有一些餐廳，晚上回來比較晚的話也可以在附近吃，我們吃過港式和一家麪館，價格相對實惠。唯一不太理想的就是洗漱台下麪的地面太滑了，我們都是小心又小心的走的。
