酒店的地點好，早餐好，但是服務更好，尤其訂房部:Felicia,酒店前台Fong,以及房間服務經理:Gernold,態度跟效率服務都是一流，酒店的早餐非常好。，而且物超所值，建議住宿的旅客都要去吃。

Poor check-in experience. Arrived at 20:10 hrs but only received room at 21:10 hrs. We showed the booking confirmation clearly stating all five guest names, but the receptionist remained unhelpful. I later spoke to the duty manager, whose attitude was also poor and confrontational. A front desk should provide solutions and service, not pass frustration onto guests. This unnecessary one-hour delay and poor attitude were completely unacceptable.

We booked the hotel room to watch the National Day Parade as a family, but our experience was hampered by the frequent loss in connection of the television signal, which made the images on the television pixelated and stuck when we were watching the NDP. This became really frustrating as it happened ＞ 10 times throughout the whole evening, and continued to occur even after a technician came to the room to attempt to fix it. While the room was clean with basic facilities, the walls were not sound proof and we could hear noises from other rooms throughout the night. At one point in the night, it seems that the shower in our toilet was also leaking slightly when the guest in the floor above us was showering, hence disrupting our rest. The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Yen, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness. Highly recommend this hotel, and we sincerely appreciate Yen’s exceptional hospitality!

It is really near the MRT Station Lavender.Easy to access.Nice view from the Pool Side.The staff that assist us named NELSON is really nice.Overall it is a great stay at BOSS Hotel😊

Very convenient location. Within walking distance to many attractions. Compared to other hotels in singapore, this one is much better priced. They are smaller rooms than one may expect, but I had no issues - it was clean, tidy and the reception crew are always happy to help with anything. Just make sure you ask for higher floors and make your room is away from lifts, as people can be noisy in the hallway, but other than that, I would recommend this place to stay, especially as a solo or small group of travellers.
